Okay, last questions. Four, the listeners considering a career in commercial real estate, what advice do you have for getting started and achieving success in the field? Well, just pull the trigger. I know it's very scary. I know it's a lot. And commercial real estate or real estate, maybe in general can be very daunting, but you just gotta just go by that class.

go do the, go buy the class and then go find a mentor. And then just, you know, even if it's, even if it's a big firm or whatever firm you wanna work for, like ask them if you could intern or mentor with someone there, like just simple. Like, and what the hard part is, is you, you know, you probably won't get paid during your mentorship. Right.

Right? Like that's, you know, where it turns a lot, you know, where a lot of people don't want to go down that path, but it does all add up at all. At the end of the day, it is so worth it to, you know, have find yourself a good mentor. And, you know, after you do that for six months or whatever it is, find yourself a good firm that you want to work at. They'll interview you, but also you interview the firm.

and make sure that they are what fits, you know, with your morals and values and what you're looking for. And just try to, you know, being a team is important. And I think sometimes in commercial real estate, there's a, you know, it's, it feels like it's like one against everybody. Like you're working with yourself. And sometimes that can be very intense, but find yourself a good team. Find yourself someone who will show you the ropes.

and just learn and be okay with, just be okay with maybe not making money right away or like closing deals right away or like everyone's journey is different. If you don't close a lot of deals in the first year, it doesn't mean you're a bad broker. It's just everyone's path is different. But I would say just do that. Just take the leap of faith and do it.

You gotta get a little uncomfortable to get more comfortable. Yes. It's a perfect way to put it. Yeah. And there is nothing more uncomfortable than going into commercial real estate for me because I was a big introvert. I didn't really like to talk to people on the phone or even in person. It's so general. Like so big. I also feel like commercial real estate has helped, uh, build confidence. Like for me.

and become more, I don't know, my first year, I was very timid, even though I was closing deals. But my second year, even though I wasn't closing deals, I felt like I became a lot more confident in my ability to be a broker. And I think that's why commercial real estate's great. That's awesome. So that would be my suggestion for someone is to go down that path. That's amazing. Yeah. I love that. Yeah, so. Well, Ciara.
