Aviva is such a good host, always keeping the energy alive and bringing on the best experts in our industry. Tactical advice you can use immediately to get better. The best episode is with “Dad”! Gotta give that one a listen. Sooo many gems. Paraphrasing but my favorite was “don’t follow the crowd of low returns”. Don’t chase the 4-5 caps

Required for all Real Estate Professionals

Aviva goes to the core of how to be successful in the business. She didn’t learn it from JLL or CBRE. She learned from the ground up. I also love how she keeps each episode short and to the point. I’ve been in this industry for many years, and I am remembering things because she is discussing that. I will listen to every episode.
